WYLD Club London

WYLD club London opened in late July 2021 at the site formerly Drama Park Lane and Whisky Mist. It is London’s first ecologically sustainable nightclub and the first new VIP guestlist club in London to open following the coronavirus pandemic.

The theme of WYLD club is ecology and the club offers a unique feel from stepping through the entrance all the way to the dancefloor. The decorative plants and shimmering silver glitter balls hanging from the ceiling encapsulate the vibe of WYLD as well as the LED tree which is one of the centerpieces of the venue.

Another centerpiece of this breathtakingly designed club is the magnificent snake-shaped throne which is located towards the right of the entrance in its own area. There is a section of the club which is dedicated to a cocktail bar that offers a variety of uniquely themed drinks created by some of the world’s top mixologists. Under the bar is an eye-catching silver puma statue and the wallpaper covering the ceiling also features pumas and other floral designs.

The VIP area at WYLD club is magnificent and is one of the main attractions due to its size and VIP table guests are sure to be in for an unforgettable night at this incredible club.

WYLD club London offers a membership that can be applied for directly via the club and if approved grants the member full access similar to other private members clubs.

You’ll find only elite clientele at WYLD club London, the immaculately dressed (sustainable clothing brands, of course, heavily favoured), fashionable and A list crowd. WYLD is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week and access is via table bookings, membership or guestlist reservations.

12 Hay Hill private members club opened in 2014 as an exclusive business club featuring a Michelin star restaurant and serviced desk space. The club in total is six storeys, located in Berkeley Square in Mayfair consists of multiple business lounges, meeting rooms, services offices, restaurant and a cocktail bar.

The premise of this business club is that it provides a work-friendly environment for its members above all else. While the club is designed for networking and social activity, predominantly it is a business members club. Members of 12 Hay Hill include London’s business leaders and other entrepreneurs and influencers in many different industries.

The offices available at the club are accessible for members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They include high speed internet, fully staffed reception, audio-visual and conference call facilities with a call answering service available. Members also have access to a number of board rooms and meeting rooms.

Artwork features in the club is certainly impressive and includes pieces from famous artists including Salvador Dali.

12 Hay Hill offers its members regular events held at the location. These events include talks by business leaders, politicians and famous entrepreneurs.

Private hire of certain rooms is available whether for an event or a meeting. The restaurant can fit 200 guests. The bar accommodates 100 guests. The Library rooms are designed for up to 45 guests and the Fourth Floor with its panoramic view can accommodate up to 150 guests.

To obtain membership, the selection process is slightly different from other Mayfair private members clubs. Membership is open to all professionals looking to base their business life in Mayfair. Both individual and corporate memberships are available.

The Groucho Club

The Groucho Club private members club was established in 1985 and has a target membership base of people primarily from the creative industries including media, publishing, entertainment and arts.

The club itself, located in Dean Street Soho, is formed of multiple different rooms, including lounge areas and a private dining room. The room titles include The Gennaro Room, The Mackintosh Room, and the Mary-Lou Room. There is also accommodation available including single and double rooms all of which come with a full Groucho breakfast included and served either in your room or in the restaurant.

The Groucho club is famed for its collection of contemporary art on display on its walls. Artists featured include Damien Hirst, Banksy, Stella Vine and Will Ayres.

Celebrities known to have been Groucho Club members include Stephen Fry, Lily Allen and Noel Gallagher among others in the entertainment industry.

The Groucho club’s many rooms can be hired out for private events. The Snooker Room is perfect for dinners, The Mackintosh Room ideal for dinners and meetings and The Club Room is great for more informal gatherings.

The music is provided by Rod Melvin who plays the piano in the downstairs lounge a few nights per week. Rod has been a long standing figure for many years at The Groucho Club and well known to many of the club’s members.

The Groucho Club is certainly a step away from other London private members clubs with a unique charm and style that you won’t find elsewhere. It is frequented by a host of colourful characters and certainly not for a pretentious or stuffy crowd.

Membership to The Groucho Club is £950 per year plus a £250 joining fee. Applications need to be proposed and seconded by two current members, and applicants should have a creative role.

Ten Trinity Square

Ten Trinity Square is an exclusive private members club located within the historical landmark Ten Trinity Square building. It was first opened in 2017. It is a partnership with the Four Seasons Hotel which also resides within the same building. The famous exterior of the building has been featured in many popular TV shows and movies such as The Crown and Skyfall.

The club features a number of rooms, including lounges, dining room, cigar shop and spa (complete with sauna, swimming pool and steam room). Ten Trinity Square’s aim is for its members to have a place for conversation and relaxation where they can enjoy world-class cultural and gourmet experiences, away from the chaos of the City.

The food served at the club is from an exclusive menu concocted by fourth generation French gastronomer Anne-Sophie Pic. The menu includes indulgent modern plates followed by a selection of classic French desserts. The breakfast menu includes pressed fruit juices, pastries, cereals, avocado on toast and eggs cooked in a variety of styles. The club also has an exclusive partnership with Chateau Latour wine which means you can try many of their range of wines in a beautiful wood panelled room.

Ten Trinity Square members get access to exclusive members events which feature distinguished guest speakers, networking events and wine tastings. Previous guest speakers have included Cherie Blair and Ed Balls.

There are private rooms available within Ten Trinity Square to hire which can be used for dinners, celebrations, receptions and private meetings. The rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests in total. The rooms include the Newton Room, The Cromwell Room, The Watt Room and The Wilberforce Room.

Members receive a 40% discount on any hotel room bookings at The Residence at Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square. These rooms are perfect for private entertaining and hosting, a family gathering or an extended stay.

5 Hertford Street Club London

5 Hertford Street is often described as London’s most secretive club. It is located in the heart of Mayfair and was opened in 2012 by Robin Birley, the son of Annabel’s owner Mark Birley and Lady Annabel Goldsmith.

5 Hertford Street is known to be one of the most exclusive private members clubs in London and is frequented by billionaires, royals and A-list celebrities. The venue is made up of exclusive private dining rooms upstairs. Downstairs hosts 5 Hertford Street’s night club named Loulou’s. Loulou’s trademark is its dimly lit decor and a giraffe mascot.

The walls in 5 Hertford street include an array of original paintings. Many such paintings are by Robin Birley’s grandfather Oswald. The upstairs area of the club resembles a high end townhouse and has been described as a country house meets empire chic.

Guests at 5 Hertford Street have in the past have included Margot Robbie, Rachel Weisz, Prince Harry, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ralph Fiennes.

Politics has been a central theme at 5HS in recent years, with Robin Birley famously being a Euroscrptic and hosting many meetings that were relevant to Brexit with some of the UK’s premier politicians.

The club’s dress code is very strict as one would come to expect from a private members club of this level. Jackets are required to be worn by men at all times except after 11pm on the dancefloor in LouLou’s. Shorts, sportswear, flip flops and trainers are not permitted for either men or women at any time inside the club.

Membership to 5HS requires a proposer and a seconder to write a letter to request a membership form and costs £1800 per year.
