Brasserie Constance restaurant in London, the latest venture from celebrated chef Adam Byatt, is a riverside revelation on Fulham Pier. It is a grand and welcoming brasserie that reimagines British classics with elegant flair. Opened in late 2024, this all-day dining spot is named after Byatt’s daughter, and the whole experience feels deeply personal: warm, polished, and unmistakably British with a modern twist.
The space itself is an ode to timeless brasserie style, but with a fresh coastal edge. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light and offer panoramic views of the Thames. Inside, oak paneling, custom mosaic floors, and a stunning oyster and cocktail bar set the tone. It’s easy to linger here— grab oysters with a martini or settle into a long, lavish dinner with friends. There’s a touch of theatre too, with dishes like the London Smoked Salmon being carved tableside from a gleaming trolley.
Brasserie Constance is the kind of place you want in your neighbourhood—relaxed, sophisticated, seasonal, comforting. Adam Byatt has created a dining room where British food feels celebratory again, and Fulham is all the better for it.
Brasserie Constance Restaurant London Menu
The menu is rooted in seasonal, local produce and reads like a love letter to British cuisine. Start with the Coronation Chicken Pâté en Croûte—a nostalgic dish elevated with crisp pastry and a gently curried filling. The Pea & Mint Soup, served cold, is a delicate green refresher, perfect for summer days on the terrace.
From the shellfish section, the Dorset Crab Vol-au-Vent with coronation rémoulade is light, buttery, and rich with flavour. For mains, the Dexter Rib with Mushrooms and Bone Marrow (an indulgent showstopper at £88) and the Clay Pot Chicken with Barley and Beer both bringt comfort and complexity to the table. The daily specials are worth watching too—Wednesday’s Pie & Mash and Sunday’s Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding are hearty nods to tradition.
Even vegetables get the star treatment. Carrots with Toasted Sunflower Seeds and Butter-Sweetheart Cabbage are more than just sides—they’re stars in their own right. Finish with the Warm Ale Cake with Malted Milk Ice Cream, a perfect balance of old-school richness and refined execution.

You’d expect a Michelin-starred chef with his CV to be all puffed up with self-importance, but not Sameer. He’s not the type to humble brag with his hand earnestly resting on his chest, telling you ‘how grateful and humbled’ he is in that way that makes you cringe. No, […]

Mosimann’s – A Look Inside London’s Famous Members Restaurant

When one utters “Darling… I’m just popping in for a spot of lunch at a luxurious dining restaurant in Belgravia that catered to both Harry and William’s wedding; it has John Major, John Cleese and a long list of actors, writers, and politicians as regulars too. The rub is that you must be a member to even order a starter, and it catered for the Olympics, US presidents and some of the most powerful people […]
