The Menu
BOHA’s menu celebrates Irish beef. It features standout dishes like Wagyu short rib Irish stew and Irish chocolate-fed Wagyu tomahawk. Try also the charcoal-cooked, Irish whiskey-marinated Hanger Steak. The Irish influence extends to other creations– Kerrs Pink potato carpaccio with old Winchester custard and pickled shallot and hispi cabbage with in-house dry-aged bacon and beef dripping. A unique take on affogato featuring Five Farms Irish cream exemplifies BOHA’s creative approach to classic dishes.
The Shibeen cocktail bar, an integral part of the BOHA experience, is set to be a highlight. Here, guests can enjoy meticulously crafted cocktails. Famous options include the tableside-made Spiced Old Fashioned, made with The Taoscán, a rare single malt. There’s also the Mon Cheri, blending Le Portier Cognac with Azaline Saffron Vermouth, vanilla, cherry, and Lustau Oloroso Sherry. ‘My Little Dear’ is another signature concoction, combining Tanqueray No.10 infused with peach stones, peach, RinQuinQuin, lemon, and English sparkling wine.
