Silva restaurant in London is the newest addition to Bruton Place in Mayfair. The place is joining the prestigious company of The Guinea and Bellamy’s, further cementing this charming street as a hidden culinary gem. Launched by first-time restaurateur Daria Grebenyuk, the restaurant will impress with its Mediterranean-inspired menu. The dishes are crafted by Head Chef Slawomir Sawicki, who previously honed his skills under the famous Éric Chavot and the Galvin brothers. With such culinary pedigree, Silva promises to stand out in London’s ever-competitive fine dining scene.
Silva’s design is a sophisticated blend of natural elements and seasonal inspiration, creating an inviting and tranquil atmosphere. The two-floored restaurant offers seating for 91 guests. The interiors feature mixed woods, marble accents, and rich moss and pine green tones. It evokes the beauty of nature while maintaining an air of elegance. Upstairs, you’ll find a snug bar and a private dining room. The space is completed with restored herringbone parquet floors and decorative foliage castings, adding an organic touch to the refined ambience.
With its focus on Mediterranean cuisine, a chic, seasonally inspired interior, and a prime Mayfair location, Silva is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about openings of 2024.

The menu at Silva homages Mediterranean flavours, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Diners can indulge in potato waffles topped with beef tartare and winter truffle. There’s also salmon served with crispy rice, ponzu, and shiso.
For mains, standout dishes include line-caught turbot cooked on a robata grill and paired with wakame beurre blanc and chateaubriand with wild mushrooms. For breakfast, Silva offers creative options like a gratinated crab and Gruyère omelette and coconut muscovado porridge. The wine list, curated by consultant Yulia Gurevich, complements the menu, focusing on low-intervention, sustainable wines, featuring over 30 choices by the glass.
