The two-story layout includes a ground-floor dining area and an upstairs cantina, each exuding its unique charm. The cantina has cosy seating and ambient lighting. It is ideal for casual gatherings and offers an extensive selection of Tequila and Mezcal.

Santo Remedio’s menu celebrates regional Mexican dishes, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients. A standout starter is the Guacamole with Grasshoppers, where crunchy, seasoned grasshoppers come on top of the creamy avocado dip—a delicacy that adds an adventurous twist.
Tacos are a highlight, with options like Crispy Pork Belly Tacos featuring a tender pork belly with a crispy exterior, complemented by tangy pico de Gallo and cilantro. Vegetarian choices include the Grilled Carrot and Courgette Tostadas, where charred vegetables are layered on crisp tortillas and garnished with fiery salsas. For mains, the Short Rib Oaxacan mole stands out. This dish combines succulent beef short rib with a rich, complex mole sauce made from chillies, nuts, and chocolate. This offers a harmonious balance of sweet and savoury flavours.
The dessert menu features traditional treats like Churros with Dulce de Leche, where warm, cinnamon-dusted churros are served with a luscious caramel sauce for dipping.
