Mahiki Kensington
Mahiki Kensington is the Tiki themed cocktail bar serving a wide array of Polynesian-inspired cocktails and restaurant serving pan-asian cuisine. The venue is located in close proximity to High Street Kensington station at the former site of Bodo’s Schloss and is in the same area as other infamous West London VIP clubs such at Tonteria.
Mahiki Kensington opened on November 3rd 2017 after months of anticipation for the newest addition to the Mahiki franchise. The venue boasts cocktails mixed by an award-winning team including the treasure chest sharing cocktail made famous at it’s sister venue Mahiki Mayfair. As well as being a high end cocktail bar and club, it will be home to Pufferfish restaurant.
Pufferfish restaurant serves as its signature dish tuna tartare and salmon with truffle oil and ponzu, seared tableside with a blowtorch. The restaurant also offers a menu of exotic delicacies and theatrical touches as well as all-day brunch, a sushi bar and green tea ice cream!
The project originated as a joint venture partnership between the founders of Mahiki Mayfair – Piers Adam and the team behind Albert’s private members club Carlo Carello, Jake Parkinson-Smith and Fraser Carruthers.
The launch night on November 3rd saw a host of celebrities join the guestlist including Binky Felstead and Millie Mackintosh from Made In Chelsea.
Doors are open Wednesdays to Saturdays each week and it is the perfect nightspot to mingle with celebrities and a classy crowd booking Mahiki Kensington tables or joining the Mahiki Kensington guestlist. Head on down to this lavish venue whether it be for brunch, dinner or drinks.
