77 Club London

The city’s nightlife just got a serious upgrade with the arrival of 77 Club in London. This is the brand-new underground club hidden beneath The BoTree Hotel in Marylebone. Officially opening its doors in September 2025, the 550-capacity venue has already made headlines for its slick design and big-name bookings. It has the kind of attention to detail that shows this is more than just another dance floor in the city.

77 is the creation of nightlife heavyweights Jonathan Wade (ex-Tao Group), Eniz Hilmi (with ties to Rinse FM and UK festivals), and Sebastian Banovic (who cut his teeth at venues like KOKO and Tramp). Their vision? A space that feels intimate yet world-class. A place where you can lose yourself in the music but still feel part of something curated and special.

77 Club London Main Features

The club sits in a fully soundproofed basement, fitted with an L-Acoustics sound system that’s all about clarity and depth. Think chest-shaking basslines and crystal-clear vocals. Add in strobes, lasers, CO₂ jets, and LED screens. Now, you’ve got the perfect setting for late nights that blur into early mornings.

Music is the heartbeat here, and 77 isn’t shy about showcasing its talents. The launch weekend featured Kerri Chandler, a house legend, and Skepta. It proves that the club is serious about mixing global names with homegrown icons. Expect a calendar filled with house, garage, bass, and electronic acts, as well as the occasional live show and branded event.

Being tucked beneath The BoTree Hotel has its perks. Upstairs, The BoTree Bar serves elegant cocktails and late-night bites — from oysters and a caviar sandwich to truffle-honey grilled cheese. There’s also LAVO, a coastal Italian restaurant, if you’re after something more indulgent before hitting the club. Inside 77 itself, the focus is firmly on drinks and atmosphere, with cocktails flowing all night to match the energy of the room.

What makes 77 so exciting is the balance it strikes: a cutting-edge music venue with the polish of a luxury hotel bar. It’s immersive, high-energy, and already drawing attention as London’s most talked-about new nightlife spot. If you want exclusivity, sound that makes your skin tingle, and a dance floor full of people who know how to party, 77 is the place to be.
