Located in the West End Sanderson Restaurant is made up of the dining area itself where the magic happens; Long bar serving your traditional cocktails with the Sanderson twist and Purple Bar with world renowned cocktails perfected to the Sanderson standard. Tucked away in one of London’s most luxurious locations its hard to not to drift away with the fairies as you take in the splendid scenery the restaurant has to offer. Long bar stretches as far as 8ft  and is draped with climbing vines and hanging plants reflecting the light, adding an all round spring feeling to the bar. The bar offers seating all around so you are able to watch the ‘Sanderson Classics’ being carefully crafted for you with an extra eye artistically designed on your chair to keep that extra look out ! Each night has something different to offer so sipping on your Jasmine Margherita (or two) on a Wednesday’s Sanderson’s sessions doesn't feel such a crime! The courtyard garden follows in the footsteps of the Long Bar interior with a hidden escape of flowering trees , mosaic interior and fountains. Sanderson collaborated this summer with Laurent-Perrier to transform the garden into the perfect instagram post even with a seated swing so you can become your own ‘Queen of hearts.’ Also transformed is the Berners Terrace. Sanderson have teamed up with Peroni Ambra and Martini Riserva Speciale to whisk you away to the ultimate sanctuary. These gardens are the perfect form of relaxation for you to indulge in a mid-week break or the new hot spot to cater your weekends. The main dining area is formed of wooden tables surrounded by greenery and gravel architecture giving it an earthy feel. The dishes cover all aspects of the culinary experience. The crispy pigs head served with burnt apple puree and pecorino sets your taste-buds tangling with the assortment of flavours. The menu for main course offers a selection of the grandest dishes that Chef Barry Tonk has chosen for his new menu including a succulent sea bass and desserts that are a must have even for those with no room left! Who can resist a chocolate torte with blueberry and white chocolate crumble? The 3 course menu has the finest dishes hand picked for you to choose from for an unmissable price of £28. And lastly it would be silly to so go to Sanderson and not experience the the ‘Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea.’ After taking your shrinking medicine you are placed at the tea party where you'll find vintage books, teapots, ticking cocks and the finest sandwiches fit for only the elite invited.
