The menu at Mimosa London is expected to celebrate Mediterranean flavours, featuring dishes that embody the French Riviera’s spirit. Guests can anticipate a variety of offerings, like the whole sea bass baked in a salt crust with sauce vierge. There’s also the “Riviera” style spit-roast corn-fed coquelet with thyme and confit lemon. A significant highlight is the signature egg mimosa, available in various forms. An innovative “eggs mimosa bar” within the restaurant showcases the versatility and richness of Mediterranean cuisine.
The design of Mimosa at The Langham focuses on creating an inviting atmosphere that echoes the warmth and luxury of the Côte d’Azur. A large fig tree complemented by a new coral carpet is central to the restaurant’s design. It retains the classic elegance of The Langham’s architectural features. An outdoor terrace will also be available, offering a space for private events and alfresco dining during the warmer months.
Mimosa is a collaboration between The Langham and the Moma Group, known for their success with Café Lapérouse at the OWO in London and the original Mimosa in Paris. Opened in early 2024, Mimosa at The Langham is a must-visit destination for locals and visitors looking to taste the Mediterranean in London.
