Gaucho Restaurant London

Gaucho Restaurant London   Gaucho Piccadilly is the flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street and encompasses the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks lists are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador. Gaucho has become an iconic name in the UK with sites stretching from Broadgate, Sloane, The O2 to even Manchester and Edinburgh. Gaucho has also experienced international success with its restaurants in the beautiful areas of Dubai, Hong Kong and Buenos Aires. Gaucho Piccadilly boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories, and are designed with tasteful lighting and monochromatic colour schemes. At ground level, you have a warm and welcoming dining room with an adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you will find another spectacular open kitchen, where Gaucho hosts its legendary Electro brunch. Both dining spaces are picturesque luxury seen in the modern black wooden tables, black leather banquet seating and decorative mirrors and cowhides hanging from the walls. On both floors guests can also select from a myriad of gorgeous private rooms, with one inspired by their former Spanish resident. These elegant private rooms, adorned with crystal chandeliers, mirrors and bottles from Gaucho's wine collection, are perfect for hosting a lunch meeting or throwing a spectacular dinner for your esteemed guests. On the top-floor, arguably one of our favourite spots, you will find a secluded cocktail bar and secret courtyard inspired by the festive bar culture of Buenos Aires. This is the perfect hideaway to indulge in a Negroni cocktail and a cigar or to host a canapes event. Starters on the menu include traditional Argentine dishes, and the tuna ceviche marinated in soy, ginger, jalapeno and sesame, as well as classic empanadas are choice recommendations. Gaucho Restaurant London is most famously known for its Argentinian steaks that are specially imported from Argentina and grass fed on the fertile grasslands of Pampas. With this in mind, it will come as no surprise that we recommend that guests select one of Gaucho’s many decedent and luxurious main meat dishes, flavoured with Latin American spices as well as paired with perfectly selected wine options. The service at Gaucho is as elegant and slick as the surroundings. The waiters approach each table with a spectacular steak board and expertly explain each cut of steak before guests order their main meals. Gaucho is as well known for its meat dishes as its variety of Argentinian red wines that are grown in Gaucho’s 80 year old vineyards. Guests can expect an attentive sommelier to bring three to four bottles for tasting and that he would recommend to be paired with each guest’s meat dish. Two house specials that we would recommend to be paired with a glass of red wine include the Churrasco de Lomo, a spiral cut of beef fillet and deeply marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil; and the Tira de Ancho a ribeye in a spiral cut and slow grilled with delicious chimichurri. Gaucho Restaurant London, as well as the sites in Smithfield, Chancery Lane and Manchester have an Electro Brunch where bottomless food and drinks are on offer. Guests can select classic brunch dishes including eggs benedict, and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Gaucho also offers guests imaginative and Argentine-inspired brunch dishes, with the oven-baked chorizo with egg and mushrooms as one of the highlights. One cannot forget the equally, if not more important, brunch component which is the drinks. Guests can pair their dishes with bottomless Gaucho Bloody Marys spiced with chimichurri, sparkling Argentine wine, cocktails; and fresh juices and smoothies prepared with your choice of ingredients. What sets Gaucho Piccadilly apart is the team; from the first greeting to the final goodbye, they are on hand to ensure that you and guests receive a first-class hospitality experience. Whether you are dining with Gaucho Restaurant London for a quick lunch or a long and languorous dinner, you are invited to bask in some Latin American sunshine. Guests can expect to spend between £25 - £100 a head, and receive a taste of the high-life in this glamorous and chic location in the prime Piccadilly area. Restaurant Booking
