Galvin at Windows situate's itself on the 28th floor of the Hilton Park Lane. The Michelin starred restaurant and bar offers a highly sought after dining experience provided by Chef Patron Chris Galvin. The modern French Haute cuisine offers the most spectacular dishes and a view to leave your jaw on the floor perfect for day or night time dining.
The 30’s inspired interior consists of a white , beige, brown and mocha. It adds a light touch to the restaurant making it perfect for the day time with the light from the windows reflecting off the bright colours but can equally set the tone for the night with gold lighting to create a intimate dining tone with a gold sculpture in a twisting design over the ceiling in a modern art deco style.
As a Michelin star restaurant you expect nothing but the best and Galvin and Windows Head Chef Joo Won uses his experiences of studying to cook at Le Cordon Bleu to the highest levels to create the most mesmerizing dishes. His guests are able to choose from a set menu, an a la carte menu or splash out and take a pick or two from the menu prestige. For the main courses you are spoilt for choice with dishes served to the highest standard such as Roasted rump of Cornish lamb, Pan-fried Sea bream and Lobster tail. The Korean Degustation menu caters for the whole group with home-made recipes crafted together by head chef from his personal knowledge.
The Cocktail bar at Galvin at Windows is hosted by Bar manager Tiago who has created his cocktail list through the knowledge of his travels across the globe. His designs follow over 20 different cocktails each inspired with different ingredients and seasoning's to make a unique concoction. Each sip will take you through a cruise of the world without even having to leave your seat ! Tiago uses his roots from Portugal and his fine-dining experience in London to provide the best customer experience; from helping you choose the best fit for your taste buds to stocking the shelves with new ingredients to provide newly crafted flavours.
