Ergon House Hotel will arrive in London in 2025. The esteemed Greek boutique hotel brand is famous for its blend of top-tier hospitality and unique gastronomic experiences. It will open its first international venue in London’s Covent Garden. This venture marks a significant expansion for the brand, which has already made a name for itself in Athens with its innovative combination of a hotel, restaurant, and grocery store under one roof.
The London Ergon House will occupy a renovated heritage-listed building on the corner of King Street and Garrick Street. This is an area celebrated for its historical significance. The design and concept of Ergon House are rooted in Greek tradition. It will offer a contemporary interpretation of the classic Agora, a marketplace that serves as the community’s heart. This marketplace will feature an assortment of traditional Greek products and a bakery, butcher, and fruit shop. It ensures that the ingredients used in the hotel’s restaurant are of the highest quality and freshness.
This establishment aims to replicate the success of its Athens counterpart by combining luxurious accommodations with an immersive dining experience. The hotel will feature 20 meticulously designed rooms, providing travellers with a modern yet cosy retreat. Each interior design element will reflect Greek culture’s rich heritage and aesthetic sensibilities.
Furthermore, Ergon House will provide a fitness centre and other luxury amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enriching stay.
Ergon House London Hotel Restaurant Menu
The culinary offerings at Ergon House will be a central feature, with a rooftop restaurant providing stunning views over the London skyline. This restaurant will continue Ergon’s tradition of exceptional Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on farm-to-table freshness and the culinary traditions that have defined Greek cooking for centuries. The menu will reflect seasonal availability and showcase the diverse flavours of the Greek islands.
Thomas Douzis, the founder and CEO of Ergon, expressed enthusiasm about this new chapter in the company’s story, noting that Covent Garden’s dynamic atmosphere and rich cultural grounds make it the perfect setting for Ergon House’s innovative concept. This expansion is about bringing Greek hospitality to London and creating a space where local and international guests can experience genuine Greek culture and hospitality.
