Stem and Stem restaurant proudly offers the best of British food and sells flowers that are grown in the area. Plus, they are committed to being eco-friendly and making sure they take care of our planet. Vegetarian and vegan options are readily available. Meet Edward Boarland, one of the awesome chefs who started the restaurant! He’s super skilled and trained by Michelin, which is like the Olympics for chefs. Edward loves using the best fruits and veggies from all over Britain to make delicious meals. He puts a lot of love and attention into each dish so that you can taste all the amazing flavours.
Some of the fantastic dishes that Stem & Stem serve include Pan fried hake, brown shrimps, penny bun and Champagne sauce. They specialise also in their oyster seection. You can also feat on amazing steak plates to share. Then, of course, desserts and cheese boards. One of their specialities is the rolled oat treacle tart.
One of the great things about having a florist as part of the restaurant is that Stem and Stem can offer bouquet making events and other unique events and workshops. These have included Mothers day and Valentines day bouquet making events.
