One Hundred Shoreditch, already known as a lively social hub in East London, has added another feather to its cap by opening Kaso restaurant in London. This new hotspot offers an enticing mix of Eastern Mediterranean flavours and panoramic city views.
Standing on the seventh floor of the building, Kaso offers breathtaking sights of East London. The space, designed by Lore Group Creative Director Jacu Strauss, blends pink marble decor and lush foliage, creating a private garden feel. The rooftop can accommodate 50 seated guests, with room for an additional 70 standing on the terrace.
Kaso promises a lively and engaging atmosphere with DJs playing throughout the week. The design details are whimsical and playful, with floral graphics adorning the hotel lobby and customised uniforms created in collaboration with fashion brand House of Sunny. This high-energy ambience and meticulous design make Kaso a unique addition to Shoreditch’s dining scene.
Opening on July 5th, 2024, Kaso is set to become a favourite among locals and visitors.

Kaso’s menu is framed by the talented Chef Ilknur Celik, who brings rich flavours inspired by her upbringing in Istanbul. The menu features a variety of hot and cold mezzes and small plates, such as classic Hummus and Baba Ganoush, alongside standout seafood dishes like Grilled Octopus with Samphire and Grilled Mackerel with Corn Bread. For mains, diners can enjoy dishes like Roast Aubergine with Zhoug and Pine Nuts, and Lamb Cutlets with Fig & Pistachio Salsa. Traditional desserts, including Muhallebi with Greek mastic, pistachio, and rose petals, round off the meal.
Head bartender Victor Gervasio’s creative cocktail list complements the food. Highlights include the ‘Margarissa,’ a spicy blend of Patrón tequila, harissa, lime, and agave, and the ‘Kaso Spritz,’ which combines Greek wine, vodka, watermelon shrub, and soda. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, refreshing choices like the Cucumber Cooler and Melonade are also available.
