INCA, newly opened restaurant in London on Argyll Street, is best to be described as a lively South American inspired restaurant that showcases various entertainment inspired by the lively dances and performers from South America.
When you walk up the glamorous staircase expect to be transported to a sensory journey as INCA encompasses a lively atmosphere from the restaurant through to the Night Lounge, encapsulating the continent’s Latin spirit, rich aromas and colourful way of life. The venue takes its inspiration from the Incan charm with light and dark, and the sun and moon. That interprets into a winding staircase decked with Brazilian-style tiles tempting you into the bustling restaurant.
The restaurant also has a dedicated VIP area including a stylish 14 cover private dining room, ideal for private events.
The menu of course inspired from South America’s colours, flavours and spirit, consists of small plates that celebrate the joy of sharing food with others. The menu has been specially crafted by Head Chef Davide Alberti, that he has expertly combined with influences from Nikkei Kitchen, modern touches as well as the unique flavours from fire and heat. Expect to see a menu that ranges from ceviche, tiradito and tartares through to tacos and dishes like black cod and cauliflower steak with chimichurri. If it’s meat you’re after, there’s a whole section devoted to cuts cooked on the asado grill including Iberica pata negra pluma and Tomahawks.
Not forgetting there is an extensive drinks menu including traditional cocktails and INCA’s unique creations with a Latin twist such as the El Presidente, Polmas and Cuba Libre.
INCA’s Latin spirit really comes to life in the Late Night Lounge with live in-house performers creating a South American party atmosphere from 12:30 until late. INCA is the best high-end restaurant with a cabaret experience, all with a little Latin American flair. With eye-catching decor and a menu stuffed with intriguing dishes with theatrical performances and unique entertainment kick off at 19:00 – we will return again for a fiesta.
