Last weekend’s Jubilee celebrations weren’t just confined to boat pageants and soggy street parties…Whisky Mist, the nightclub inspired by a tipsy Queen Victoria, was the venue of choice for Burlesque performer Katrina Darling who gave a saucy performance set to the Sex Pistol’s ‘God Save The Queen’.
Katrina, a distant cousin of Kate and Pippa Middleton, had no problem stripping down for the Whisky Mist revellers to three strategically placed crowns which just about covered her modesty, but was afterwards quoted ‘I’m very confident but I don’t think I could do it in front of Royals. I’m too afraid they would blush at my moves.’
