Immersive Sound Bath and Restorative Rest at The Seven Lion Yard

A completely immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls and koshi chimes to release any tension and deeply relax. Using bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and cushions we start with showing a gentle movement of 6-8 poses to allow your body to rest and rejuvenate in your preferred position. A class not to be missed.
The award-winning studio is nestled within a luxurious gated courtyard and they provide all that you need to unwind and practice your flow.
Their studio is a stunning, private, peaceful and fully equipped space where they provide everything for you but you are most welcome to bring your own mat if your prefer.
All levels welcome.
