Champagne Masterclass Dinner: The Avenue de Champagne
Celebrate the Avenue de Champagne with a curated dinner featuring iconic champagnes from the many famous Champagne houses along the Avenue. Hosted by Searcys Head of Champagne, Martin Dibben, hear the story of their beginnings and then enjoy the paired cuvées.
Begin with a reception of Moët & Chandon Impérial with canapés. Next, enjoy De Venoge Cordon Bleu Brut, known for its freshness and elegance and for the main course, savour Pol Roger Brut Réserve. To conclude you will enjoy Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, a delicate yet structured champagne.
This dinner not only highlights the unique characteristics of each champagne but also pays homage to the rich history and tradition of the Avenue de Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, with its extensive cellars and storied past.
