Backgammon Night @ The Other House Private Members Club
Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand new to this amazing game, our Backgammon Night is the perfect way to learn about this fun pastime.
Hosted by lifelong backgammon enthusiast Spencer Kennedy, kicks off with an introduction to the rules, followed by demonstrations, a round-robin tournament with prizes, and plenty of casual play together with some vibrant music in the background. With around twenty or so players expected, it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow members and enjoy a friendly evening of competition.
Evening schedule:
18.30 – Backgammon 101: Learn the Ropes. A beginner-friendly crash course.
19.00 – Dice & Icebreakers: Grab a drink, meet your fellow players, and get to know who you’ll be rolling against.
19.30 – Tournament Time: The official round-robin tournament begins.
20.30 – Friendly Play: Casual matches and background beats to keep the energy flowing.
11.00 – Final Rolls & Farewells: Carriages at 11
