Mixing British classics with international-inspired cuisines, find brunch, late lunch and dinner dishes that will mesmerize your eyes and taste buds.
The refined and seasonal menus highlight the natural flavours of ingredients. Find Eggs benedict, smoked salmon over rye bread, and coconut yoghurt on the breakfast menu. Juices and smoothies made with seasonal fruit pair well with buttermilk pancakes and poached eggs with crushed avocado Coffee and tea complement the meal. On the all-day lunch menu, get seared scallops as a starter, which come with potato mousseline, mango and chilli salsa, and curry foam. The Spring Lamb main dish comes with a crushed pea and herb purée, asparagus, baby courgette, sun-blush tomatoes, red wine and olive sauce. The extensive menu offers a vast range of dishes, from burgers to pasta to an apple and grape salad.
As you dine, feel the energy of the crystal-encrusted Pegasus sculpture hovering over you. Natural light comes through the floor-to-ceiling windows and shines over it, creating iridescent hues of colour that brighten the dining room. Blue booths and yellow chairs stand over wooden floors. The oval bar is surrounded by red stools and displays bottles of spirits and liquors from all over the world. The cocktails include classics like Margaritas and Espresso Martinis, all with a house twist. House specials are highly creative. Try the Hoshi-no-toma, a Toki Japanese whiskey cocktail stirred with sweet Pedro Ximénez dessert wine, Campari and chocolate bitters (a unique take on the lovely negroni).
