Experience an intimate wine dinner at Galvin La Chapelle this May. On 14th May, Galvin’s invites you to indulge in a beautiful selection of wines from Australia. Hosted by their friends at Rathbone Wine Group, their sommelier team and Head Chef, Arturo Granato, have collaborated to create a sensational 6-course tasting menu perfectly paired with stunning wines.
Rathbone Wine Group is a family-owned and operated collection comprising three multi-award-winning wineries, each with its own unique story. Yering Station, home to Victoria’s first vineyard planted in 1838; Xanadu, a pioneer of Margaret River as a winemaking region since 1977; and Mount Langi Ghiran, boasting vines planted in the 1880s and producing one of Australia’s most iconic cool climate wines, the Langi Shiraz.
