Kanaloa Guestlist & Tables

Kanaloa Guestlist & Tables

The younger sister of Mayfair’s famous Mahiki, the Kanaloa guestlist is for those tiki inspired nights out for the City’s cheesy pop lovers and fun time seekers. Co- owned by no other than Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding, this tropical paradise guarantees party goers a great Friday night out post a long week at work.

The venue itself takes you from a wooden footbridge in to a first class Hawaiian holiday, where at first gaze you will drawn in by the lengthy sized bar on the left hand side of the club. Downstairs and away from the bar, a designated club space with a good sized dance floor and pricey seating with a minimum spend on each table.

Unlike other highly rated London clubs, the Kanaloa guestlist joins its sister in being unpretentious and welcoming to all its guests. Here you could be rubbing shoulders on the dance floor on a Saturday night with London’s elite, however a friendly smile is always guaranteed. The down to earth nature which made Mahiki famous is what makes these two clubs so successful, ensuring guests want to come back and party again and again.

The music also plays a big part, with eighties hits from the likes of Madonna & Duran Duran making sure that everyone is up on the dance floor showing of their best moves. On top of this, the gorgeous crowd at Kanaloa spend all evening sipping on deliciously blended cocktails such as the Mahiki favourite ‘Zombie’. The extensive cocktail range on the Kanaloa guestlist is not to be missed.

If you are looking for a fun and flirty Thursday night out where splashing loads of cash isn’t necessary to have a good time, then this is the place to be. The Kanaloa guestlist is the perfect London night out that mixes its relaxing tropical atmosphere with delicious cocktails and great toe tapping music into the early hours.

Chinawhite

February 2, 2012 Capital A List - Celebrity club news

Chinawhite Guestlist & Tables

Formerly set in the heart of Soho, the Chinawhite guestlist has secured itself over the years, as a legendary institution amongst A-list celebrities and the cream of the crop on the London party scene. Notoriously reputed as the Saturday ‘place to be’, the creators relocated their legend to the grace of Fitzrovia just off Oxford Street. Here, respectfully located within a grade II listed building on Winsley Street, the club has retained its unique heritage and its original A-list followers.

Bigger, better and with a distinct contemporary design, the new venue, if at all possible, is a perfection of its former and the Sovereign in London Clubs! Once frequented by the likes Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix, this relocation has restored the artistry and culture of the Fitzroy Tavern and combined it with the mythology of the infamous Chinawhite guestlist.

The décor is the embodiment of Oriental elegance. With its original South East Asian influence, the venue is awash with Chinese hand crafted wallpaper and Balinese paintings, complete with a bamboo-style entrance and oriental VIP booths. Abandoning the old iconic parasols and Chinese dressed wait staff, the new and improved Chinawhite guestlist is an asylum of opulence and extravagance.

Comprised of 3 elements – The Temple Bar, the restaurant and the main room, this London club offers a range of environments for every mood. The Temple bar is a tranquilising haven complete with Missoni cushions and a colour-changing wall to relax your senses. The restaurant is a decadent refuge offering an award winning mix of classic Asian dishes, and the main room is a large and sumptuous space of disco bliss, presenting an eclectic combination of funky house, retro classics and R ‘n’ B.

The crowd are a diverse blend of the young, the old and the elite, and the Friday night atmosphere is simply hedonistic. If you want to party with celebrities and the crème de la crème on a Thursday then this is the place for you! Enjoy an infamous, iconic party and envelop yourself in the Oriental opulence of the Chinawhite guestlist!
