Capital A List – Celebrity club news – 4th July 2012
London was buzzing last night for the UK premiere of Katy Perry’s new movie, ‘Part of Me’. The Pop Princess dazzled in a ballerina-esque dress by Marchesa, and kept away the worst of the rain with a Union Jack print umbrella. Outside the venue, a pink carpet was surrounded by larger than life lollipops and other sweet treats, creating a candy land scene reminiscent of Katy’s California Girls video.
Excited superfans lined the walkway waiting to catch a glimpse of their heroine, and she didn’t disappoint, getting up close and personal with those lucky enough to be at the front! Plenty of British celebs were also in attendance including TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger and teen heartthrob Connor Maynard, although funnily enough Russell Brand was nowhere to be seen…
