  A sister Restaurant to one of the World's Best Restaurants, Eleven Madison Park, in New York, has been bought to the beautiful Claridges Hotel, Mayfair, called Davies and Brook. Returning to Claridges Hotel after 25 years, Michelin Star Head Chef Daniel Humm is bringing the excellence of his culinary creations to London, bringing over some of Eleven Madison Park’s best dishes, and introducing new, culinary masterpieces, whilst incorporating delicious British Produce to add something a little different to their menu. Considering the location of Davies and Brook, the new restaurant must play a role in maintaining the exclusivity, excellence and sophistication of The Claridges Hotel. Externally, the hotel is spectacular. Claridges Hotel has been welcoming London's most esteemed guests since the 1850s, becoming an English Institution in the 1920s and acting as a second home to many returning clients. The interior of Davies and Brook certainly upholds the luxury and beauty of the Claridges Hotel. The Restaurant was designed by Brad Cloepfil, an American Architect and designer, and creator of Allied Works. Most Recently Brad Cloephil has completed the renovation of Davies and Brook’s sister restaurant Eleven Madison Park in New York. The Interior Design of Davies and Brook is in-keeping with the pure class of The Claridges Hotel, Cloepfil has incorporated modern features such as subtle grey blankets to cover the chairs to create a relaxed, yet sophisticated ambience for diners. The Menu at Davies and Brook has been designed to highlight the excellence of British Culture, with the influence of wonderful, additional flavours from across the world. The blend of British Culture and Global influences has bought together a divine menu created by Head Chef Daniel Humm who has exceeded all expectations and bought the exceptional Eleven Madison Park, New York, with a British twist to Mayfair, London. The Restaurant features an A La Carte menu, delivering outstanding culinary masterpieces including both cold and warm starters, main courses and deserts to diners. Also featured on the menu is a tasting menu, costing £145 per person, diners are presented with a 7 course menu, including Caviar, and our favourite, The Bass Ceviche, served with Avocado, Cucumber and Shrimp Oil. In terms of fine dining, exclusivity and excellence, Davies and Brook certainly exceeds all expectations, bringing another exquisite restaurant to London.
