Covent Garden is home to some of London’s best bars and restaurants, as well as being one of the biggest tourist attractions in the city. A new addition to the restaurants in Covent Garden is 28-50, a beautiful restaurant for lovers of fine dining and fine wine, located on 10 Upper St Martin’s Ln, West End, London, WC2H 9FB.
28/50’s executive chef Julien Baris constantly adapts all five of the restaurants menus with seasonal dishes, incorporating fresh ingredients to bring something new and exciting for diners. The restaurant currently has five different menus, catering for different customers needs. The first is ‘Bar Bites’, a selection of delicious nibbles for those who are guests at 28-50’s bar, where some of the finest, rarest wines can be found. The A La Carte menu displays delicious courses, catering for each individual taste and preference, our favourite being ‘The Seared Tuna’ – a delicious balance of fresh ingredients with divine flavours, served on an Asian Broth with Bok Choy, Shiitake Mushrooms, toasted peanuts and Coriander Cress, a dish only leaving you wanting to try every other item. 28-50 Covent Garden have also created a Pre and Post Theatre Menu, with Covent Garden central to the wonderful world of Musical Theatre, 28-50s Pre/Post Theatre Menu arranges 2 courses for £17.50 or 3 for £21.
28/50 Covent Garden isn’t just an exceptional restaurant, they offer 15 red and 15 white wines, each individually different, served by the glass, Carafe or bottle. The Wine List at 28/-50 frequently changes, offering their guests new, unique and fine wines, unavailable for purchase in high street stores. For a new, relaxed, yet exceptional fine dining restaurant, 28-50 is undeniably one of the best new restaurants in Covent Garden. There is also a unique ‘Collectors list’ of wines, where 28-50 have partnered with Private Collectors who are selling wine for their own personal collections.
